I decided to get a cheap electric razor that might be good enough to use as a travel shaver. This Andis unit is of surprising quality for its price. Trimmer and shaving blades are very sharp, and the unit puts out very good speed for a small battery operated unit. It is a lot smaller than it looks in the picture, so don't expect something that is barber shop sized.Best of all is Andis customer service. I forgot the charger in my hotel room, and they sent me out a replacement free of charge! But the product's plastic wrapper has been opened and the trimmer has been used. I found other people's hair trimmings all over the product, inside all of its three heads. Where does the hair come from? It's disgusting!!! !!! !!! !!! !!!Some Amazon employee is expecting me to return the product so that he/she can get away with this. |
