The machine was good. It's not as precise as I thought it would be. I could bring the blade back for precise outlines. But haven't had the time to try it out. Why I gave this product a four was because the #1 clip attatchment was bent from a tooth. Was able to bend back but I'm sure it's not even. Even If it is even, who wants a faulty new item? I was looking for a good trimmer for trimming personal areas. Since Andis trimmers seemed to be popular, I bought this model. Unfortunately, the blades are too wide and do not have a good enough guard. As a result skin easily gets caught in the blade. I cut myself in 3 places the first time I used the trimmer.Otherwise, it does seem like a good product. It feels like it's well constructed and I like that I can run it either on battery or plugged in. It would probably work well for trimming hair on your head where you don't have to worry about skin getting caught in the blades. However, for trimming other areas this is not a good product. |
