My main clippers are Oster 76 and Andis Master or Wahl Senior.I'm revising this review after having the juice for a month. I know this thing is new to the market and a lot of you out there are wondering if you should buy it... My first thought is that the blade adjuster is a bit awkward. If you're used to the thumb lever on your other clippers I think you'll agree with me. Also, about the blades, just because it's detachable, it's not compatible with your 76 or 111 blades. It's also not compatible with universal guard sets, but it comes its own set of proprietary guards. As far as performance, it cuts something like the midgrade or home-grade clippers (like wahl designer/wahl homepro). The battery life is great. I didn't use a timer to see how long it took to kill the battery, but I think the 2 hours or whatever they claim is probably accurate. The first time around, the... I have been using the forfex cordless clippers which got discontinued. I have been on the look out for new cordless clippers ever since. I used mine at work for the first time today. The battery life is great didn't die out on me for my whole shift and I do clipper cuts all day. They are very quiet not the most powerful but definitely got the job done with no annoying cords smacking anyone in the face. The bottom line is I like them. I feel confident that I can use them as my go to clippers for daily use at work. If my opinion changes with use, I will re-edit my review. I hope this helps anyone wondering |
