 Completely Disappointed,  This review is from: Elevate by Andis 33770 Professional Nano-Silver Gold Infused Curling Iron, 1" (Health and Beauty) Unfortunately I bought this curling iron before I actually needed it because it was a great price. By the time I took it out of the box and saw that it was broken, it was well past the time frame for returning the item.The handle of the curling iron was split open so that I could see everything inside, including the cord that was separated from the interior. The split was very clean so it seems that it was actually packaged this way...therefore, no quality control was done or someone would have certainly seen this problem. I have worn a layered haircut since 1992 and also curl my daughter's hair so on average each day that I curl my hair I use 3 to 4 curling irons. This one was the in between size for my growing hair style which you can see on my Facebook if you wish.
