Gets deep enough into your ear canal and does nose hairs just fine with no tugging. Just tickles a little. This review is from: Nose/ear Hair Groomer - Protects Skin (Electronics) The "ER415" just doesn't work. I've had an older version of the product from Panasonic and the ER411 worked very well. I wish I had purchased several of these years ago when they made them effective (when there was a blade that cut ear and nose hairs, and close to the skin).
